传统医学与现代医学的交汇点——气味医学

传统医学是全人类的宝贵遗产，受当时科学水平的限制，对药理病理的解释不够明晰。现代医学发展起来之后，在许多国家淘汰了传统医学。传统医学是宏观医学，用药是复合物，现代医学是微观医学，用药是单纯物质，实践证明两种医学各有利弊。气味医学综合了两种医学的精华，用生物界相生相克的理论诠释了植物药物对付微生物、毒物和动物的机理，用嗅觉是生物生命的守护神的观点解释生物界相生相克的机理，用气味辨别毒物与非毒物最准确，气味医药较之传统医药与现代医药更先进，开创了一药多用的先河，是两种医学融合的必由之路。

无论医学的任何流派其目的只有一个，就是服务于人类的健康事业，传统医学是古代医学的总结，现代医学是近代医学的成就，两者都需要向前发展，不可能并行不悖，必然要溶汇统一。医学是自然科学，其发展过程中会受地域、民族和文化的影响，但它不像社会科学那样影响大。自然科学有差异但不排斥，有矛盾但不对立。什么叫科学？科学就是自然界固有的发生发展规律，人们对它的认识总不免有局限性。在地球上看问题就有牛顿的时空论，放眼宇宙看问题就有爱因斯坦的相对论。把地球上的动物、植物和微生物看作一个生物圈，相互依存又相互斗争，必然会发现气味是联结生物三界的纽带，因为气味是生物三界唯一都可以读懂的生物语言，任何生物都释放气味作为信息交流的工具，遗憾的是“任何生命体都有嗅觉”的气味学观点未被公众所认识。

生物三界中植物是“自力更生”精神最强的生命体，它几乎是唯一可以将无机物合成为有机物的生物，动物和微生物靠掠夺植物维持生计，植物产生多种多样的次生代谢物予以反抗，动物用产生的各种消化酶破坏次生代谢物的毒性。道高一尺，魔高一丈，反复较量永无止息，由于斗争的方式不同，生物的多样性由此产生。产毒（次生代谢物）与解毒（主要是消化酶）的斗争称之为“反食物链”。达尔文从古生物化石中找到了生物进化的痕迹，本文作者从生物化学成份中找到了生物进化的根源。低等动物也会将产毒作为防御武器。

解毒能力强的动物食源广，称之为高等动物。人类将杀灭微生物能力强而对人体无害、少害的次生代谢物作为药物，用来杀灭侵犯人体的致病微生物，这就是抗感染药物的起源。

任何生物的嗅觉都有两大主要功能，一是辨毒，二是辨别可食物（或可吸收物）。

用气味学的观点研究发病机理与治疗问题的科学技术称气味医学。气味学的主要论点有二十七个它们是：

(1) 气味是物质最重要的特征之一，最能代表物质的本质，一种物质一种气味，没有相同气味的两种不同物质，物质不变其气味不变，气味改变了物质一定发生了质的改变。

(2) 没有绝对不挥发的物质（在绝对零度—273℃以上时），因此任何物质都有气味产生。

(3) 任何生物都有呼吸，是新陈代谢活动的表征，而呼吸系统与嗅觉是相关联的，因而任何生物体都有嗅觉。

(4)任何生物的嗅觉都有一定的感知范围，也必有它的盲区。生物嗅觉的感知范围，仅仅与它的生存需要有关，与生存有益的为正相关，与生存有害的为负相关，与生存无关的气味是它的盲区。也有特殊情况，如氧气、水蒸气、二氧化碳、一氧化碳与生存相关，而人对它们无感觉，是因为它们一直存在于空气中，人们不需要刻意寻求或防范它们，所以人的嗅觉中枢删除了它们的气味信号。沙漠之舟的骆驼需要找水源，它就保留了对水蒸气的敏感。经历过一氧化碳中毒的人就不同程度地恢复了对一氧化碳的敏感性。

(5)生物的排泄物或分泌物是极复杂的混合物，化学成份达数百种，组成一混合气味代表该物种；种群之间又有区别，使之能识别亲族，如蚂蚁、蜜蜂、鸟兽等。好狗不咬亲戚，就是能识别血缘关系。同种群的个体又有差异，所以警犬能凭气味追踪。

(6) 动物的气味还随饮食、疾病、情绪而临时变化，生物还能有意识地释放特殊气味，用作信息交流或攻击武器。

(7) 生物的进化程度愈低，对嗅觉的依赖性愈高。

(8) 许多植物能释放气体用于消除空气中对其生长有害的气体。

(9) 气味是生物界的共同语言。

(10)  嗅觉是生命的守护神。

(11) 气味有互补性，互补的气味能自动结合，变成一种新的物质。

(12) 嗅觉能感知混合气味，但不能准确分析混合气味的组成成分。

(13) 生物对单一毒物能产生适应性，而对混合毒物很难适应，生物就是靠产生混合毒物保护自己的。

(14) 长期的单一毒物能使生物物种发生变异，而低等生物的变异比高等生物来得容易。

(15) 生物产生新毒物保护自己或产生新的解毒物质以适应环境变化，简称产毒与解毒，这种生物体内的化学变化贯穿生命的始终，终将引起基因的变异，推动生物的进化。

(16) 香与臭、毒与非毒是相关联的。香是嗅觉对有益健康气味的感受，臭是嗅觉对有害气味的感受。香与臭对不同生物物种来说不完全相同，对同种生物的个别个体也有差异。香与臭跟气味的浓度也有关系，很香的东西有时浓度过大会感到臭，有时极臭的东西浓度过低时是香味，如麝香和香蕉水。

(17) 人对天然物的毒与非毒靠气味判断准确率很高，对人工合成的化学物质的判断准确率稍差，是以已知物的气味参照对比而来，往往会错判，但接触日久会自动纠正过来。动物不吃天然毒物，对化学毒物缺乏分辨力而上当。上过当之后会醒悟，这不仅仅是老鼠能做到，包括昆虫和细菌。它们还能把自己的感悟告诉同类，是大家都具有防范能力。

(18) 微生物的功防武器是产生内毒素和外毒素，植物的攻防武器是次生代谢物，一部分低等动物也靠产毒。进化程度高的动物有免疫系统，其死亡后免疫系统亦死亡，植物的次生代谢物（免疫物质）在死亡后能保持很久，所以动物尸体易腐烂。

(19) 植物靠多种次生代谢物御敌，这就限制了动物的食源，吃者恒吃，不吃者永不吃。植物药物不会产生抗药性的根源在于此。

(20) 植物的次生代谢物常为药，在于它有解毒、灭菌、杀虫功效，植物的化学成分愈复杂，药用价值愈高，天然药物以植物为主也因此。

(21) 许多植物有进化毒气的能力，从植物中提取空气净化剂可行并已取得可喜的成就，这就是“敏芝异味消”，被称为“还地球一个清新”的技术。

(22) 气味致病又治病，植物依天又医天是气味学的重要观点，人菌之战应以植物为武器。

(23) 化学农药和抗生素产生抗药性的根源是化学成分单一。

（24）传统医学与现代医学的矛盾对立是自然科学中的怪现象，它们能够统一，统一的途径是宏观理论与微观理论的结合，西药的复合化与中药的精练化（不是提纯）将抹去中西药的界限。

(25) 人类嗅觉的退化不是进化的必然，而是危险信号和警钟，环境污染与疫病流行皆因人类失去了生命的保护神。

(26) 用眼睛观察出生物界谁吃谁得出食物链理论，而用鼻子“观察”生物界是谁都不让谁吃，得出反食物链理论。

(27) 中医用口味（甘咸辛苦酸）解释药性，得到的是药物滋补性能，扶正祛邪。用气味研究药性可以得到解毒、灭菌、杀虫机理，有助于推动中医发展。

上述论点自1992年起散在地发表于《中国科学报》（现更名为《科学时报》）、《中国医药报》和《科学新闻》周刊上。1995年9月26日在北京召开了气味医学研讨会，中国中央电视台在9月27日做了新闻报导。

植物产生的次生代谢物不仅是为了防动物和微生物，还有防毒物毒气，抵御恶劣气候和环境的功能。人们错误地认为植物有吸收毒气的能力，以讹传讹误人不浅。其实，植物靠释放气体（气味物质）化解周围环境中的毒气，是有意识地有节制地释放。要证实这种现象非常简单，你用木棒搅动薄荷、蕃茄的叶子，它的气味没有强弱的变化，若改用手去触摸它时，气味立即变强。植物感受的是红外线（温度），它用气味告诫动物“我有毒，勿犯我！”我们已经将不同植物的气味物质提取出来，用作空气解毒剂。作者从多种植物中提取的次生代谢物制成“敏芝异味消”，能将十万多种物质的气味消除掉，其毒性也随之消失。一种物质一种气味，物质不变气味不变，气味是物质的最有代表性的外部特征。难闻的气味必有毒，这是生物与生俱来的防毒本能。

气味医学就是用气味学的观点研究医学问题，气味医药就是利用生物三界间的相克办法对付植物的病虫害（农药）、禽畜的疾病（兽药）和人类的疾病（医药）、环境中的病菌和有害气体（消毒剂和空气净化剂）。气味医药的第一代产品——敏芝异味消是从多种植物中提取的次生代谢物的合剂，兼有农药、兽药、医药、消毒剂和空气净化剂五大类产品的用途，是有史以来的奇迹。

气味医学与传统医学的微妙区别

传统医学以“四性五味”定药性，以“八纲辨证”论治。中药的“四性”是药材的生长环境造成的，”温热寒凉“是药物引起的人体反应。中药的五味是味觉器官的感受，”“辛甘酸苦咸”五味对人的腑脏的作用各有侧重，引起不同的生理反应。八纲辨证是指导用药的原则，以药之偏性纠症侯之偏性，治寒以热，治热以寒，温次以热，凉次于寒，温者清之，清者温之。阴阳表里，虚实寒热，重在症侯的表现，用药物的归经、升降沉浮以克之。  

神农氏尝百草，一日而遇七十毒，说明以口味辨药性。气味医学则以气味辨药性，前者在口，后者在鼻，口舌是辨营养的，而嗅觉才是辨毒的，难闻的气味皆有毒。

气味医药重在治细菌、病毒感染和解毒。

传统医学有五淫六邪致病说，治的是症，所以强调周围大环境与人体小环境，有天人合一理论。

气味医学重在研究生物三界的相生相克关系和毒物对生物的影响，治的是病，与现代科学结合较紧密。植物在生物三界中起主导地位，“植物依天又医天”是说植物在大自然中生存，有治理大自然的能力。向植物借来武器，治理污染和治疗疾病，是气味医学的中心任务。这门医学为什么冠以气味二字？因为气味致病又治病：①气味是物质最重要的外部特征，毒物与营养物、有害与无害都可以用气味鉴别；②气味是生物界的共同语言；③气味是对付敌害和毒气的重要武器；④嗅觉是生命的守护神。

气味医学的重点为什么放在植物的药用价值上呢？

植物是生物三界中的最强者。

微生物按其食物来源分为寄生菌和腐生菌两大类，寄生菌依附于动植物活体过寄生生活，腐生菌以动植物的尸体为食，将高分子有机物分解为小分子有机物和无机物。

动物是掠夺者，草食动物以植物为食，肉食以草食动物为食，杂食动物兼食植物和动物。

唯植物是自食其力者，用无机物合成有机物，没有植物便没有动物和微生物；

植物能将二氧化碳分解成氧和碳，保持大气中的含氧量；

植物能净化空气，将许多对人有害的气体化合掉；

植物不能逃避，不能攻击，靠自身产生化学物质对付毒害和敌害。

植物的气味语言和动物的嗅觉功能最能说明嗅觉在生命中的地位，用气味最能解释生物三界间的相生相克关系，研究医学怎能忽视气味？

研究医学必研究生物三界的相生相克关系，研究生物界的相生相克重在研究植物，研究植物重在研究植物的次生代谢物的药用价值，研究次生代谢物的药用价值重在研究嗅觉的功能，研究生物的嗅觉的功能必然导致气味学的诞生。

传统中药和气味医药都以植物为主，但运用的药理不同，本草纲目是传统中药的灵魂，黄帝内经是其祖宗。气味医学以生命科学为主脉，生物的相生相克为灵魂，现代的自然科学是开门的钥匙。将传统医学的“邪”解释为致病微生物和风寒、暑热、燥湿，将“秽”具体为化学毒物，加强了传统中药的祛邪除秽力度，将症与病统一。在药物炮制方面无差异，药酒在甲骨文中就有记载。传统中药讲究君臣佐使搭配，气味医药也是复方，讲究药物中各种化学成份的协同作用，任何一味中药的杀菌力都不强，药味组合以后杀菌力大增，单味中药类似于抗生素，对某些细菌敏感，对另一些细菌不敏感，气味医药的组方不是单味药杀菌品种的叠加。

气味医学与现代医学也有区别，两者的共同点是与现代科技同步，不同点在于：现代医学注重单一化学成份的生理活性，气味医学注重生物体整体的功能，更把植物界、微生物界和动物界看作生存斗争的三个方面军，将每个方面军都看作一个整体，是三个大兵团作战，充分发挥团体的优势。三个方面军势均力敌，各有优势和劣势，互有胜负，是一个斗争中的动态平衡。病毒变异快，细菌适应药物的能力的变化也快，相对地说植物和动物看不到变异，其实不然，植物受到的敌害（毒物、微生物和动物）时其体内的变化也很快，植物的化学成份随时在变，动物亦然，以人为例，人的免疫反应就是明显的例子。

西药的化学成份以不变应万变，其药效锐减甚至失效就在所难免了。

气味医学能集医药、农药、兽药、消毒剂和解毒剂于一药，一药灭百菌、解百毒、治百病不正是气味医学理论统观全局的结果吗？

传统医学是宏观科学，现代医学是微观科学，气味医学从宏观出发把握微观变化，是两种医学的交汇处。

气味医学是一个理论框架，遵循这一理论能创造出许多新药来。目前的气味医药成果仅有一个，那就是气味学的奠基人、气味医学的倡导者李德敏、韩玉芝夫妇研制的“敏芝异味消”。可以说“敏芝异味消”是气味医学的第一代产品，其应用范围之广和药效之强大是前无古人的。

第一代气味医药敏芝异味消的特点

药物用途广是中药的特点，见效快是西药的特色，敏芝异味消兼收并蓄。

中国的传统文化对人类的文明做出了重大贡献。四大发明代表了中国科技的领先地位。作为中华文化的重要组成部门的医学似乎没有摆到应有的位置。殷商甲骨文中就有药酒的记载，黄帝内经已经成为完整的医学著作，秦汉以来历代都有医学巨匠在不断补充完善中医学，留下辉煌的篇章。清代以前的读书人都略通中医，人们将教书人和医生统称为“先生”，其意是有文化的人。医学和文化的传播是同步的，民间的中医遍及中华大地的各个民族，这是中国所独有的现象。

到了民国，中医的地位急转直下，不仅表现在文化与医学的剥离，还表现在将中医视为封建糟粕来批判，当成不科学而消灭，国民党时期余云岫提出过，解放后被毛主席撤职的中央卫生部王斌、贺诚两副部长亦如是。

野草烧不尽，春风吹又生。中医文化扎根于广大民众之中，到目前为止，广大边远的农村土中医仍然是一支维护群众健康的中坚力量。贫穷农民花不起高昂的化验费，吃不起天价的西药，几把野草可以治好的病，绝不会去医院诊治，五、六十元钱是一百斤小麦的价值啊！

不得不非常遗憾地指出，近三个世纪以来，现代科技突飞猛进的发展，给现代医学提供了展翅高飞的动力，传统医学在许多国家消灭殆尽，传统医学在功底深厚的中国也面临严峻的考验，中药缺乏急救的成药，如治外伤、急性感染等方面的成药，形成这样一种概念，急症找西医，慢性病靠中医调理。所以在急诊室、在传染病医院见不到中医的身影。

在抗生素受到抗药性挑战的时候，人们又将希望转向传统医学。

艾滋病在全世界传播开来的时候，美国的“鸡尾酒”回天无术，有人指出艾滋病能拯救中医，由于政策方面的原因，这种希望渺茫。SARS的突然降临，活命成了第一需要的关键时刻，中医泰斗邓铁涛老教授冒天下之大不讳插手急性传染病的治疗，药到病除，不留后遗症，其医疗费用仅为西医治疗费的1/%－10%，被世界卫生组织调查发现后，建议在中国推广，使SARS迅速消失。这一事实在世界传染病治疗史上是没有先例的，中医在医学讲坛上有了站出来说话的机会。

有谁知道，沉默了十几年的敏芝异味消也偷偷摸摸地治好了五例SARS病人，治愈率100%，药费仅几十元。在山西治两例好两例，在四川治两例好两例，在台湾治一例好一例。

邓铁涛在2005年10月接受CCTV－10大家栏目的主持人采访时说，治发热和杀病毒是中药的强项，他满怀信心地说征服艾滋病只需一年半。

邓老的话说出了被压抑了几十年的中国中医的心声。邓老毫不炫耀自己，他说凡能开处方治疗重感冒的中医都可以治好SARS。邓老对中医是充满信心的。

作者就用自己的亲身经历验证邓老的讲话。用敏芝异味消治发热，口服10ml二十分钟后热退，比打针、吃西药快，这包括艾滋病病人的持续发热。

为什么用敏芝异味消退热比打针还快？

大家知道，感冒和发热是因果关系，除感冒外，急性胃肠炎也常伴有中烧或高烧。医生在开了退烧药或注射药后常常嘱咐病人要多喝开水和注意休息。为什么要多喝开水呢？是为了降低血液粘稠度。感冒病毒的代号为HANA，A代表不同的数字，区分不同的病毒类型，感冒病毒是由RNA片断和蛋白质外壳组成的微小生物，科学家通常用流感病毒的两种蛋白质进行分类，一类称血凝蛋白质（HA），另一类称神经氨酸酶（NA）。血凝蛋白质能使血液粘稠，粘稠的血液在微血管中流动不畅，体外散热能力降低导致体温升高。病鸡病猪屠宰时放不出血来就是这个道理。

国家流感中心用敏芝异味消和病毒唑做了对比试验，稀释40－80倍的敏芝异味消（现用商品名为天惊消毒剂）和病毒唑的抗血凝的效果相同。检测报告如下：

检测方法：用不同稀释度的“天惊”消毒剂与10－1……10－6稀释度的流感病毒在4℃结合3小时后，接种于MDCK细胞，37℃培养48小时。观察经消毒剂作用后的流感病毒引起细胞病变的情况。实验同时设立病毒唑抗病毒阳性对照和生理盐水抗病毒阴性对照。48小时后收集病毒培养液，进行流感病毒血凝试验，以流感病毒血凝结果作为最终的效果评价指针。

材料：流感病毒A／福建／411／2002（H3N2）为国家流感中心保存毒种；血凝滴度128。病毒唑购自扬州制药厂，为常规的抗流感病毒药物；细胞培养用试剂为德国GBICO出品，其它实验试剂配置方法参考国家流感中心标准操作程序有关内容。

结果：一共进行了3次实验，每次实验结果如表所示

结果分析：根据以上实验结果，说明“天惊”消毒剂对流感病毒具有一定的的杀灭效果，并且这种作用与剂量呈正相关。“天惊”消毒剂原液作为空气消毒剂使用效果会更好。但同时在实验过程中我们也发现，消毒剂对MDCK细胞存在一定的毒性。

敏芝异味消对病毒的杀灭试验做过多次，包括HIV－1、乙肝、H3N2流感病毒、高致病性禽流感病毒，比病毒唑的药效高40－80倍。试验检测如是，临床治疗效果亦如是。

癌症是正常细胞受到致癌物质或病毒的攻击后引起基因变异，细胞的增殖失控而大量增殖，中药有无办法呢？

中国医学科学院北京抗生素厂用敏芝异味消做了一个体外抑癌试验，试验过程是这样的：

将离体癌组织一分为二，一半在稀释20倍的敏芝异味消中浸泡过，另一半不经任何处理，将两块癌组织放在同一组织培养液中培养，未经处理的一块不断增大，另一半停止生长。

临床试验也证实敏芝异味消能治愈癌症。大同市铁路局某女士，眼球突出剧痛，在北京三家医院均确诊为恶性肿瘤，发生在眼球后部眼眶的薄膜上，急需切除，一旦侵犯大脑后果严重。做手术要摘除眼球，切除肿瘤后再植入眼球，视力则不能恢复。患者在保视力和保命之间难以决择，无奈之下抱着试一试的态度用敏芝异味消治疗，外用纱布醮药外敷，再用1/10浓度的异味消滴鼻，竟取得满意效果，追访三年来未复发无转移。

作者本人也是试验对象。五年前本人左额发际边缘突现一肿块，月余有半个黄豆粒大小，在襄樊市第一人民医院诊断为鳞状皮肤癌，特征明显，不需做切片化验，建议手术切除。本人对两位副院长和一位脑外科大夫说：“但愿是癌症”，众人皆惊讶。自己用敏芝异味消外搽，一月后踪迹全无。

还有一艾滋病病人患宫颈原位癌，经钴照射治疗后转移到左腋下淋巴结处，直径8cm，厚3cm，用敏芝异味消外敷患处，内服该药，月余后肿块消失。仅此三例，不足为凭，但证明北京抗生素厂的体外抑癌试验是有价值的。

植物中的奇妙物质

这种物质能消毒（杀灭微生物），但与化学消毒剂及抗生素完全不同，它又能解毒，使有机的无机的毒素化为无毒物质。寻找这种物质的想法是受古代防腐液的启示开始的。尚古时代中华民族就有使用挂艾叶、佩香囊避邪，点艾叶驱蚊虫的习俗，后来演化为用香料制成香条点燃净化空气，又演变为供品祈祷神灵保佑平安，所遗憾的是消毒剂和空气净化剂不是由中国人发明。

当欧洲人知道葡萄酒的变酸是由细菌引起的，后来又知道细菌会引起疾病的时候，人们寻找消毒剂的活动就开始了。于是人们从身边找到了乙醇，又发现了卤族元素的氯、溴、碘化合物，臭氧和能释放氧原子的化合物等，总之人们一直没有放弃寻找理想消毒剂的努力，但是天不遂人愿，无毒无刺激这两条总难满足，为什么？

人与微生物都是生命体，伤此不伤彼的物质很少。

出路在哪里呢？马王堆汉墓防腐技术给予了答案，在植物中寻找。让尸体不腐不难，盐腌、风干脱水都能办到，但是让细胞不脱水、蛋白质不变性难，出土女尸肌肉有弹性，关节能曲伸说明了什么？怎样解开这个谜呢？

从动物蛋白质和微生物的蛋白质的区别分析开始。蛋白质是生命之源，恩格斯说过，生命是蛋白质存在的一种方式。要杀灭微生物最彻底的办法就是使它的蛋白质变性。

植物的自身保护措施中有这一招，所以植物的防腐能力是很强的，活的植物细菌伤害不了它，死的植物在潮湿的情况下它的防腐物质被分解掉，细菌才有机可乘。

动物靠吃植物生活，有多种消化酶，包括解植物次生代谢物的酶，所以植物能防微生物而不能防一切动物，只可以防部分昆虫。植物给人类提供了许多种无毒的消毒剂，这种对动物（特别是高等动物）无毒的消毒剂既可以杀灭环境中的微生物，也可以杀人体内的微生物，这就是为什么传统药物多来源于植物的道理。现在常使用的中药材中，植物药有一万一千多种，动物药有二百余种，矿物药数十种。植物中存在破坏微生物的蛋白质而不破坏动物的蛋白质的物质。

体外杀、抑菌称为消毒，体内杀、抑菌称消炎，这种机械的划分是由于消毒剂对人体有伤害而来的，传统中药中只有少数外用药不可内服，多数中药可外用和内服。中药的划分有上、中、下三品，按毒性大小划分，中医认为是药三分毒，所以至今的中成药没有“无毒”这一安全等级。

中药历来有解毒药这一提法，中药的解毒范围也很广，有解食物中毒、药物之毒、昆虫之毒和彰气。工业发展以后人们身边的毒物增多了，称作环境污染物或职业中毒，中医对此研究的甚少，西医研究较多但解决的办法不多。西方医学家以化学对化学，思路不对。

作者从自己创立的气味学观点出发，从自己的研究中得到新发现，植物是释放气味消除周围的毒气，否定了植物是靠吸收毒气净化空气的传统观念，将植物当成毒气吸收器，它吸收毒气干什么用呢？排泄到哪里去了呢？

中国中医研究院名誉院长唐由之是这样评价气味学的：

李德敏先生提出“气味致病又治病，植物依天又医天”符合辩证法。植物能净化空气，不同的植物能吸收不同的“毒气”，用植物作空气净化剂，消除空气污染，用“医天”一词很形象。

他提出的《气味是生物界的共同语言，嗅觉是生命的守护神》的观点是有一定科学性的，有必要提倡气味学。因为动物靠气味辨别是否同类或异类是否是食物或毒物，植物靠产生气味防虫防细菌，这就是生物界的相生相克，植物产生的次生代谢物如甙、酮醌、生物碱等有的有特殊气味的，也就是有的植物含的药用成份，是有特殊气味的，用气味来研究药物机理，亦是可探讨的问题。李先生提出了“植物产毒与动物解毒是生物进化的原动力”的观点值得重视，对医学有所新的探讨。

李先生提出的“化学成份单一是抗生素产生抗药性的根源”的观点可能会引起争议，但有一定的道理，但学术争鸣是好事，在争论中明辨是非，在争论中提高认识。
